Sawable rough Diamond scam?

Hello Everybody,
Could you give me your opinion about these two Sawable rough Diamonds, please?
They are 4 ct. and 3 ct. Vvs1, colorless. The price is 300 USD/ct.
I suspect this is a scam.

More than likely a scam.
If it was indeed natural diamond, polishable and saleable what do they need you for?
If it was all these things it more valuable polished so why are they offering it to you?
If it is indeed diamond more than likely it is HPHT rough.

Also dealing in rough diamonds is highly regulated and not something you want to mess with.
