In case anyone likes a little "spice" with their sugar (soulmate thread)......

I''m a sassy lass, and I like it! It gets me into trouble sometimes, both online and in real life. But I am what I am.

I also look forward to the sharp edges of posters like TGal, Steal, PerfectPear, Deco, and Kenny. I have to confess that I often don''t get Dancing Fire, though.

I am very sarcastic, dry, and sassy IRL, but it has gotten me in some trouble on PS because it doesn''t translate as well (or, more likely, I am unable to clearly make it translate well), so I am probably the nicest here than I ever am.
 
I think I am pretty sassy but maybe it is too subtle for people to catch on the internet.
 
i tell it like it is.

i expect to to get my knuckles rapped occasionally for it.

Two of my favorite movie lines popped into my head at the same time with this:

Pretty much sums up why I stay in trouble, haha!
 
I just say what I feel I need to. Half the time I''ve forgotten what I was getting worked up over after a few giggles with my daughter.
 
I actually thought of Jessica from Man from Snowy River when I saw this thread. I just watched it and I''m SO her.

I also thought about the ridiculous arguments I have with my grandfather b/c we are ridiculous, stubborn, pig headed, and political opposites. NTM he apparently thinks the only healthy woman is a rotund one.

I have a friend who is similarly inclined and we were recently discussing our friend Lisa who is so sweet butter wouldn''t melt. My friend said, "you and me, we''re more like sandpaper". Hey, it''s in me, it''s got to come out.

i dont have sass. none.

but i have a great deal of that old fashioned characteristic - resolve. and my jewish friends say i have off-the-scale chutzpah.

this does not sound bad to me.

I''m definitely sassy and even sometimes snarky. But, I feel bad attempting to show that on PS, because it can be misinterpreted!

I''m sarcastic pretty often in real life, though. I sometimes feel like the CareBear version of myself on PS.

I''m sassy in real life, but I try to keep my words sweet here on PS. DH likes to tell people I''m really sweet until you get to know me.

I can be extremely sarcastic in person, and I have a pretty dry wit. I never realized it until I started teaching high school and my students just didn''t understand me half of the time. I really had to curb it, then. I think they just believed I was crazy, really.

I do try to keep things nicey nice on here, as I''m a newbie and all (and I feel like that will be the case until I have, say, 8,000 posts!), so perhaps my real personality isn''t showing through! No need to make enemies before I have friends!

Ok, so my DH called me "his little gremlin". But I only do it in private, only in my family and now my DH know about my spicy traits.

Other ppl tend to know too once they got warm up to me. Personally though, I''d like to keep ppl at bay, because the minute they warm up to me, the more I dislike them. Something about ppl I don''t like is that they think they know me well enough for them to tell me how to live my life.
 
I don''t take crap anymore and will tell you so if you push too hard. Having a chronic illness, that involves daily doses of steroids, has made me a "get to the point" kind of person and I don''t take BS very well.

Go ahead...make my day.

IRL I can be pretty sarcastic and sassy with people I know very well. I definitely don''t hold back with very close friends, family, and especially DH. DH says I''m much more feisty than I was when we first started dating, but he likes it

On PS I tend to tone down my comments a lot and try to keep everything pretty sweet.
