Sarin Reports - HELP!

Hi All - finally got the sarin reports on the 3 diamonds I am looking at from JA. Still waiting on the ideal scopes. I''ve attached the sarin reports....not sure what I''m looking for in terms of crown height, pavilion height or angle...there is nothing on the AGA chart for princess cut for these.

And then what does the "M" stand for on these?
