Sapphire Purchase

I went on a whim to replace the sapphire in my engagement ring. Never really loved how dark it was. I purchased one from Gemfix. I’m pretty excited. The bottom is the vendor picture and the others are mine. Thoughts?

It’s a 2.54 carat. I do like it a lot. Andrew and Laura with Gemfix we’re super helpful....even in the midst of the pandemic and protests. I can’t wait to get it set.

Very pretty! Nice cornflower color -- my favorite and the most versatile in terms of wearing environments, imo.

I hope it has a report -- but that's a reptutable vendor according to others here.

I’m so easily persuaded. I’m pretty happy with my purchase. My jeweler doesn’t open until July, so I have a few weeks to wait for it to be set. Which sucks.

I love it! I also purchased a Gemfix oval sapphire to replace a dark stone in a three stone with diamonds on the side. The color and cut of yours is so pretty!

Ooo pretty blue! I feel a bit sorry for your old stone because it is lovely as well, but the brighter blue does "sing" a bit more.
