sapphire and diamond band at Mondera?

Would anyone have any cautions about buying this ring? I read that Mondera is considered expensive, but this ring doesn''t seem to be, compared to others like it that I''ve found. Mondera does seem to have good ratings and a good reputation.

Any advice is appreciated.
