Well if you walk really fast your hair will sway in the breeze you create... or how about if you just walk along flipping your hair from side to side... you might look a bit funny but you will get your hair to look fabulous!!

I am trying to grow my hair long. Its such a pain! I am sick of being at the in between stage.. not short but not long either. And not quite long enough to wear in a ponytail!

They may take me to county mental health for a 5150 eval if I do that.. so.. lol You''re so silly. lol

Believe me when I say I know what you mean about the middle stages, I am still going through them too because of layers. I take 5000mcg''s of biotin, a prenatal and a hair & nail vitamin and they certainly have helped

My hair is extremely fine and because of that, very fragile; but my former haircutter suggested that I start taking Biotin to strengthen my hair and to stop highlighting it (because it was breaking off) and it worked! It''s definitely NOT a quick fix though. You have to take it religiously for at least six months until you notice the new hairs at your scalp getting thicker. After two years of taking it, I''m really starting to notice the difference because those new hairs are growing longer. I suspect that after five years, I''ll have a totally different feeling of thicker hair. My hair is still fine, I just have more of it now.
It also stops hair from breaking and falling out.

SDL, try Pantene''s "Beautiful Lengths" shampoo. That''s also making my hair a little stronger.

It took me two whole years to grow out that stacked haircut we all had. Now it''s all one length and I like it better. Those layers drove me nuts with my curly frizzy hair. It was very hard to control in damp or humid weather.
