Sad- Continental Plane Crash

This just happened 2.5 miles from DH's parents' house. Near Buffalo, NY. Very Sad.

Continental Flight with 48 people.

We just took the same flight a few weeks ago.

that is terrible. i wonder what the cause was? i know they had some big winds today. my girl just flew home from NY and they had 50mph winds earlier and windstorms all day. she said the flight was terrible too. just glad she''s home safe now.

I just woke up to the news. It''s only a few miles from my house. I have friends that live in Clarence.

This is so sad and tragic. My heart goes out to the families who have lost loved ones.

Yes, it makes me wonder how life can be so unfair? There is no answer.

Yeah, they are fine. MIL, slept through it and FIL didn''t hear it until it was on the news. He said it was windy outside though. They live fairly close to the airport (ten minute drive), but the planes are still pretty high when they fly over that area. It''s just very sad.
