Ruby melee and SS jeweler needed please!

Hi! I’m seeking recommendations - on a budget- for two things: 1) four or so genuine ruby melee; and 2) a budget-friendly metalsmith.

I am making a custom, flush-set ruby melee RHR in SS. With a wide, comfort band.

Hello there! I only tend to use 2 jewelers, and I wouldn't consider either budget. So I can't help there. But for ruby melee, head on over to Columbia Gem House and ask for Jan. I bought the AAA+ pomme rubies for a project, and they were outstanding (untreated too). But they have several different qualities for all budgets. Good luck!
