Ruby & Diamond Ring?

I have what looks like a ruby with 4 small diamonds on each side of my ring that I bought about 25 years ago. Inside the band is stamped "PRINCESS". Can anyone tell me if this is a company that may have sold rings? It also has 10k stamped inside of the band.
