Royal crown setting for a three stone ring?

I am new here but hopefully you can help answer my question. I really like the royal crown setting but I have a three stone ring. My question is can you have a royal crown setting for a three stone ring? The current setting for my ring is the six prong tiffany style. The center stone is 1 ct with each side stone aprox. .5 for a total of 2 ctw. Any pictures you might find would be helpful, as I haven''t figured out how to put pictures in here yet. Thanks.
