Hi everyone. I always learn so much by reading this website.

I''m hoping to get some help coordinating diamond shapes in my engagement ring and wedding band. I''m planning on getting a round stone with a baguette on each side for the engagement ring, traditional Tiffany like setting. I''m trying to figure out what shape diamonds the eternity wedding band should have - round or baguettes? I also like pricess cut, but a jewler told me I''d be incorportating too many shapes and that it would look like a "train wreck."

Any thoughts?

I would stick with round or baguette. I agree that mixing in another cut won't look good.

Here are a couple of options that I found for you to consider.

and this http://www.bluenile.com/band_matcher.asp?oid=2988&page=2&show=&col=3&row=3&pos=9&show_step=1

I'm not finding an 'eternity' style band for this setting anywhere - but will keep looking.
