My Engagement budget is no more than 10k. My girlfriend is full of spunk, so I need a ring that can keep up with her too.
DBL look like they are built extremely well.

colored diamonds without GIA grading reports are usually bad choices and puts you at risk. Stick with GIA reports. I believe most of the stuff that DBL carry are GIA graded and they do have some fantastic settings. obviously, the better choice is to go with DBL over Etsy.

Thank you, I'm sure your right, ordering a diamond from another country wasn't sitting well.

As Venti said, you should have a look at Leibish and Co - www.fancydiamonds.net.. Their range is enormous, their customer service is phenomenal, and their pricing is nearly always the best I can find (as much as you can compare FCDs). The pricing on the etsy ring actually isn't a huge bargain.

Here are two that caught my eye - the first is nearly my diamond's twin!

With a custom setting that isn't too terribly elaborate, both of these options would be in budget.
