rough diamond cutter in US?

does any of you know someone who can cut rough diamond in US? I have a rough diamond, and I see a pair of princess cut diamond in it.

I believe rough diamonds need certification through the Kimberley Process, before any cutter will cut it for you. http://www.kimberleyprocess.com/en/about.
I don't think any US cutters will cut rough of unknown origin without certification.

none of the above will touch outside rough.
If a US cutter does not want to spend time in club fed they better ask for and verify a Kimberly document on any diamond rough they accept. Which is why most wont. Too much work, little gain, too much risk.
Dealing with someone who does not know cutting is a real pain. Which is why many gemstone cutters do not do it anymore either.
They get tired of trying to explain why a 5ct rough will only yield a 1ct clean stone and getting called bad names for it.
Or someone with a 2ct rough will want 2 1ct stones from it and get mad when told it cant be done.
