Ritani custom rings?

It''s official- I am completely in love with the Ritani Endless Love E-rings. I would, however, like to alter one of the settings that I''ve seen on their website. Has anyone worked with Ritani to do a custom setting? I would really love to hear about your experience! Also, I am wondering how much they may have marked up the setting to do a custom piece. Thank you!

How custom is custom? For example, they will modify most any of their settings for different shaped stones for free.

I''ve seen 2 rings on their website and I like elements of both, but would like to essentially "combine" them. It mostly has to do with the halo and the way the stone sits.

It sounds like you''ve had a Ritani at some point. How was your experience dealing with the company?

I didn''t deal with them at all actually. My dealer did for me! But overall things were fine. My ring did lose 2 pave stones in the first couple of months because they were never seated properly in the first place, but once those two were fixed it seemed very sturdy.

I honestly don''t know though if they will do something THAT custom. It really isn''t their business doing really custom stuff, but it is always worth an ask, you never know.
