Ring seems too cheap. What's wrong with it?

I've been looking for a halo engagement ring. I'm having some difficulty finding one in my budget ($1200). I found this pre-set ring and it seems way cheap for the carat/color/clarity that it is. I have no idea how good the cut is.

Why is it so inexpensive/what's wrong with it?

Yeah, it's cheap. But find out how big the center stone is. May only be 0.30 carats. The rest of the 0.65 carats are pave diamonds in the halo and shank (cheap).

Call ID up. They can do something better for $1200. Definitely communicate directly and let them know your specific needs. Don't just order off the website.
