Hi after a long absence finally got my partners ring sized and the stone set. Due to the ongoing crisis i wasnt in a rush since i cant even leave the country to get married.
Just revieved this video from JannPaul.
What do you all think?

Wow. JannPaul just sent me a video of them showing the AGS number and then actually packaging my ring in the box with the docs and then into the fedex box. id post the video but it has all my details on it.
Extremely transparent awesome service cant wait

İ dont know if you can see my previous threads or not. İ talk there about it also.

İ gave them a call and made a reservation.
İ gave them an idea of what İ want. İ think you can book online also however id call to make sure.
Then İ chose who İ want to deal with. i used Euguene. This is his number +65 8139 1079 maybe say you know me you can get a better service up to you. My name is Ugur from Australia.

Anyway. Once booked they will send you a link for a video conference. He will have several stones to show.you where he goes into very much detail, shows you all the aset scopes light tests, imperfections everything my session went for 3 hours.
İ also then consulted with the experts here aswell which they confirmed it was a good stone.
Then they go through the ring setting which they custom make for you by hand its not cast.

You pay a deposit for the stone. While its being made then once made they send you video of it etc and then make full payment. İ used Transferwise(now called Wise) to transfee into thier bank account.

İ was not rushed at all and spent some time deciding on everything.

They even sent me a video of them.boxing for me.

They send via fedex with insurance.
Once arrived i paid fedex taxes and it arrived.

Shipped monday recieved friday.

Everytime i wanted to ask anything i contacted eugune directly via whatsapp he responded no issues.
Extremely satisfied with their service.
