I just can't decide... :wall:

My e-ring shank is 3mm and my wedding band is 4mm. I like to wear a diamond band as my RHR. Would a 4mm or 5mm RHR band look more balanced?

4mm because both bands would be the same width?

or

5mm because it is closer to the combined 7mm width on my left hand?

Thanks for your help!

I think you'd be ok with either width. the 4 mm would probably be my choice, for my personal taste 5 mm is probably a little too wide.

Cut out strips of paper in different widths, and wrap around the finger on the right hand to see which one looks best with the wedding set?

DK :))

I should have mentioned that I'm a little nutty and wear the same 4mm band on both hands. I'm wondering if I should swap the right hand band for the 5mm instead. It's a channel set band... I still can't decide

Pros of keeping 4mm:

- I already have it

- it's thinner; therefore, more delicate

Pros of swapping out for the 5mm:

- different mm size, bigger diamonds

- easier to tell diamond shape due to bigger diamonds

- if I ever upgrade my e-ring, it may be a better size

- closer to the 7mm combined width of left hand?

This really is a personal preference because I don't think that most people would notice the widths of your bands, particularly on both hands at one time (they might notice one or the other, but not likely both - so making them "balanced" is more about your own personal preference).
