Hi
I recently purchased a plain platinum band to wear on its own when travelling, exercising, cooking etc.
However, I have since started wearing it as a stack with my 3/4 eternity band (wedding band) and engagement ring.
Now I am wearing it like that, I love the stacked look but realise that the band does not "match" the other two rings in terms of shape and depth.
I hadn't really considered this as the beginning, as it was to be a stand alone ring, but now that I am wearing it as a stack, it is really obvious to me.
I was wondering if anyone knew whether the jeweller could reshape the ring so that it was more similar in shape to my other rings (the plain band is 2mm wide and 1.5mm deep standard comfort fit, by other rings are about 1.7mm wide, 1.5mm deep with flat sides and domed tops), or should I just see if I can trade it in towards the cost of a band which does match?
Thanks
K
