resetting eternity band

I have an eternity band (width is about 4mm) with diamonds that go half way around. I always have to re-adjust the ring because it spins on my finger. I would like to get a new band with diamonds that go all the way around.

Is it cheaper to reset the eternity band with diamonds from my current ring and some new diamonds? Or to buy a whole new one?

Kiwi, you say it spins, is it properly sized to your finger?

OR have you considered a euroshank to keep it from spinning so much? That may help as well, if you are not dead set against the same number of diamonds...

Also, a full eternity band will be a bit more uncomfortable, as it will be thicker all the way around, so closing your fingers may be a bit stranger to get used to for a while...some people don't like eternity rings that are made with larger than .10pt diamonds, as they tend to get bulkier and such. Your call!
