Resetting a diamond to hide an inclusion.

I was wondering how hard it is to reset a stone. The stone was set without any thought and the setter would have only needed to rotate the stone 90 degrees to hide the primary inclusion under a prong. Does it require the stone to be removed or can they just loosen the prongs and rotate it?

The jeweler would just need to loosen the prongs a bit and spin the stone...
