Request for dust and prayers please....

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear this. It must have been such a blow, but as someone who has been stricken with a bunch of symptoms (related, unrelated?), at least be thankful that doctors know what's wrong with you. I have been to 10 doctors in 6 months and I am no closer to knowing what's wrong with me.

Whatever it is, I hope that you will find relief with treatment. A friend of mine has rheumatoid arthritis, and she has flare ups, but it doesn't hold her back in any way.

When you are diagnosed with an illness it's pretty impossible to "be positive" and "look on the bright side"... Especially when you feel like sh!t, so let yourself go through the feelings, but try not to wallow and be good to yourself. You're getting lots of love and good thoughts sent your way <3

Honey, thanks for being so open about sharing your experience with me. I guess I'll have to wait and see what the dr. says. I hope that you're feeling a bit better today....I say that the mirror doesn't need cleaning!!

Tuffyluvr, I am sending some of this dust YOUR way. While I don't have a diagnosis yet, I have a fairly good idea. I would imagine that feeling crappy and not knowing why is just awful! I hope that the drs are able to figure out what's going on and treat you asap!

Aww, thanks for checking on me. My GP gave me some meds to help me til I can get to the specialist, so I am feeling better. DH leaves again for the week on Tuesday, but if I am feeling the way I am today, I can manage.

Yenny: you are such a trooper. Please call in back up when your DH is traveling; you have enough on your plate without trying to act like everything is normal when you're worried and in pain. Thank you so much for checking on me mayk, missy, tuffy, minous and DF. I'm still doing OK...just grateful it's not worse. There are so many people in much sadder places than I am right now and I'm trying to keep that in mind when it's painful to do something.

Thanks luv2sparkle, noniemarie, aoife, ksmom, haven, MGR, armywife and dreamer. I'm taking each day at a time and will put in my weekly call to the rheumatologist today to see if they've had an cancellations.
