Hi!
This is my first post, as I have just started my hunt for an E-Ring. I''ve been hanging around long enough to know that this site is full of experts.

At this point in my search for the perfect ring, I''m really drawn to the Ritani Endless Love collection, but it is a little expensive for our budget. I like how plain (for lack of a better word) the pave is on the ritani bands. My question for you is whether you think that I could get a decent replica made by another jeweler so that the same look is preserved. Or is Ritani unique in some way that will be hard to replicate?

Thanks in advance!
Julie

james allen also has some very nice settings in their pave selection. On their site Go to engagement rings and click into pave set rings. Good Luck to you and welcome!

Personally I have not seen a replica that quite captures the Ritani. And really, it isn''t that expensive if you are comparing to similar quality rings.

If it is just pave you like, you can find many other rings that have simple pave, but none that quite captures the same look IMO. Plus the Ritani is a sturdy little sucker.

I agree! Ritanis have something that other rings are just missing. It''s good to know that they are sturdy- because that is what I would need. I really have my eye on one of the ritani halos and somehow nobody else has quite captured the simple yet elegant look they really pull off.

I guess my options are to go Ritani, or to provide lots of photos and hope that the jeweler I choose can make it work! Any other suggestions are appreciated- especially with option #2. I''m wondering if you have any pointers in working with a jeweler to maximize my chances that they will get it pretty close.

Well any jeweler who is honest would NEVER copy the ring directly. Just not ok. So if you love everything about the real deal, just save your $ and get it, because 9 times out of 10 those who idolize some other ring and try to get it custom made are just not satisfied if what they love is the original.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate it.
