I have done some research here, but could not find much info about the replica for cartier ballerine setting.
It will be very much appreciated if you might have some suggestion.
I went to the stores the other day and although how much I liked the cartier ballerine (without the pave), they do not carry any stone size bigger than 0.49ct. So I came here for help. Would it be possible to get a custom one as good as the original?
If not, I am also in favor of harry winston's round solitaire. I read several posts here about their halo micropave from LM. They are gorgeous but just not my type. I have a relatively small size finger. So I went through LM's website and just not sure which setting is the replica of hw's, particularly shrink shank and claw-prong, eg.r5081 and r909 look like the same to me... I really do not have good eyes...
And normally how much would it cost? The price difference between a brand one and no brand is about 3k within my budget, so if the setting is ~2k or more then it might be not worth the hassle.
I guess it is a simple design？ any suggestion of ring vendor is welcome.
