Regarding PMS

I don''t know how I manage to do it. EVERY SINGLE Christmas since I had the last baby, I manage to get my period right around Christmas. If it''s due beforehand, it waits until the day after. If it''s supposed to be 2 weeks before hand, it waits until Christmas day. If it''s supposed to be after, it''s early. WTH??? It''s a very stressful holiday because our family situation is challenging (I won''t go into it -- all families are challenging in one way or another) and this year our budget was much, much tighter than usual. I forgot completely to send cards to my FRIENDS, I was really in a pretty horrible mood the week of the kids'' parties, and I turn into someone I don''t even recognize. I don''t think straight, I forget the simplest things, it''s pretty awful. Then on the 26th I wake up and it''s like a giant fog has lifted. I think of things I want to do for NEXT Christmas!!!! I mean it. During Christmas I am certifiable.

Does anyone else deal with this????

Stress and particularly gaining or losing weight as many people do around the holidays can cause the period to be irregular. I had the same problem until I switched to birth control pills. Sorry, that''s all I have.

lump, have you heard of Natural Progesterone Cream? It has truly been a god send and life saver for me. Not kidding. I started using it several years ago. I have seriously been thinking about doing a thread on it, but have been putting it off simply because of the sheer length it will end up being if I want to give the entire picture, which I do.

Last week I was threatening to call the doctor and schedule to have everything removed. The only thing that stopped me was the fear of surgery and hospitals.

Honestly, I think we just need to move away from our families. Far, far away..... Or perhaps we could just go on vacation every Christmas.
