I want to buy a Kindle 1. I have been bitten by the e-book bug and can't afford the new one, so I am going to stick my big toe in the water and get a used Kindle 1. I figure if I hate it I could resell at not too big of a loss. I have talked to a potential seller who bought one in December (they paid $375) it has a warranty until next December. It has an added leather case ($30 ish cost) and they are asking $250 plus shipping which is OK by me, but, I just found out it is a refurbished Kindle and I am wary.
For you tech savvy people out there, (you know who you are
) Should I bite or throw this fishy back in the water??
