Recommendation for Proposal Ring

Hi,
I am planning to get a proposal ring, but have a tight budget.
My gf roughly wants a .4 carat solitaire ring with standard setting.

I was actually looking at Brilliant Rose .38 carat but seems that it will be too small

Could someone help me out? I have a budget of about SGD 2000 - 2500.

I feel hesitant recommending a specific diamond as I am far from being an expert but I did a quick search on Whiteflash and you can definitely get your GF a beautiful diamond and setting within that budget. It is not a brilliant rose but it is a H&A cut diamond
