Recommendation for custom work on a pendant?

Hello!

I'm looking to create a custom pendant for my sister who has just completed her PhD. She worked on a very pretty blue and yellow angel fish and I'm hoping to get someone to create a little fish pendant for her. I was thinking something in yellow gold with some blue stone pave (for the blue bits of the fish) and perhaps some yellow stone pave as well (or perhaps leaving it as just plain yellow gold).

Ideally I'm looking for someone who does great custom work and has micropave expertise. Perhaps works with CAD so we can "see" how the pendant will look like during the design process as it is important to her that we get the fish shape/colours correct!

All the images we''ve found so far are not quite what we are looking for. We''d like to make something accurate but pretty!
