Hi Brides!

I just wanted to warn you about tux rentals...we used Afterhours Tuxes..which is affiliated with David''s Bridal.....it was the WORST experience ever! I am saying this so that you don''t make the same mistake we did. They get a lot of press in bridal magazines which makes it seem like they are reliable but in reality, for our wedding, no one''s tuxes fit when they went in for their fitting which is really scary if you are having out of town guests in your bridal party. In fact the sizes were not just slightly off but majorly different. Pants too long or too small in the waist....etc. The guys weren''t able to get their tuxes until the day of the wedding!

Also, if by some chance they don''t have the right color you want for your bridal party and you decide to buy something from them- again speaking from experience (such as a tie in the color you wanted that they don''t carry for their rentals)- be warned if you make a mistake and over buy or don''t need it in the end, they will not take any returns. Even getting an exchange was more stress than it was worth. Wishing you all the luck in the world with your wedding planning!

So sorry that happened! Sounds stressful. We used After Hours and had no problems what so ever (It was also an OOT wedding). Maybe you just had bad luck (or we just had really great luck). DH has been in two other weddings using After Hours and besides a wrong size shoe (which was easily fixed) there were no problems as well.

We are having similar difficulties with the Afterhours we''re working with (chose them because of David''s Bridal as well). They never seem to know what they''re doing and everyone you talk to says something different. Plus some of the staff look like they''re barely in high school. Most of our guys aren''t getting their tuxes until the day of the wedding so we''re extremely nervous that everything will be right.
