Recommend jeweler in the Tampa, FL area for diamond reset?

I have a very nice 1.05 ct round diamond that I would like to get reset. It's was my mothers and as such has sentimental value, not to mention the last time it was appraised it was valued at about $12,000. Can anyone recommend a jeweler in the Tampa area that is honest and would do quality work? Ideally I would like to have it reset in front of me (I know the odds of it being swapped are slim, but this is still a concern - especially since I am a newbie to diamonds and doubt I would be able to tell it from another). I would like to get it put into a nice platinum tiffany style solitaire setting. I found a ring I like on whiteflash, but I'm not sure if it would be best to buy the ring there and pay a jeweler to set it or buy the setting from the jeweler who is doing the setting. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated, as this is definitively not my area of expertise.
