Recent drop in platinum prices?

So, I just got engaged last week in Switzerland (ring pics on "show me the ring" forum). Yay!!!!

.....AND I am now reading about the recent drop in platinum prices. I won''t be getting married until next May, but it has me wondering if it makes sense to buy the wedding band now because of this. Is platinum likely to go back up in price?...I guess noboday knows for sure.

Maybe this is a naive question, but where do I go to track the price adjustments on platinum, myself?

No one really knows, I expect it to bounce around for a while.
I don''t expect the peak prices to come back anytime soon as demand is down from lack of use in the auto industry.
