Recall campain for any congress critter voting for the theft of taxpayer money?

Should anyone voting for the $700Billion gift to corporations be thrown out of office either in Nov. or with a recall election?

Lots of little people, not just corporations, will be hurt if we do nothing. I''m not saying I agree with anyone''s plan of action at this point; but doing nothing won''t work.
