I keep missing out on the stones I like, but I have finally managed to come across one that fits what I am looking for. Please share your opinions. Is the price good?

Ditto, numbers are fine and no red flags. We would need a scan/pics to give you more detailed info.
You can search Blue Nile for price comparisons (online drop-shipper pricing, expect to pay more in-person or from an online vendor that provides more services).

-Everything in PS with the same criteria is 31K+. The diamonds on PS that are around the same price have faint flour
-I am purchasing a loose stone from a wholesaler
-This stone also seems to face large with measurements：8.25x8.29x5.08 mm

-Do you guys think this is a clean VS2? I see 2 clouds and quite a large feather in the GIA report.

have you seen it in person, are you able to get IS or ASET images for it?

There's a 2.14 G RB in the preloved forum with 3 big clouds. Images up close of it are on JBEG, you can see how that performs with clouds to compare, or even consider that one.

Absolutely no way to tell from the plot diagram. What we can say is that stones are usually priced according to their individual merits, so if a given specimen is listed at much less than others with similar specs on paper, it's wise to investigate further. But, in the grand scheme of things, 2k on a 30k purchase is not significant - I would do my homework and ask for more info, and have it shipped out w/ solid return policy to inspect in-person, but I don't imagine there's anything hugely wrong with it. I think that 2k is likely a function of what services that vendor will provide rather than the quality of the stone.

I came across this diamond as well and it seems to be similar in size, but H color and 6K cheaper! What are your thoughts

That diamond looks good too, but a 60/60 diamond will give you a different look.

Personally I would embrace flouresence and get this stone which is a lot bigger, and exceptionally cut, and in same price range
