heheh no just half size change. I am just wondering how it is done actually, because I think they will not change the prong part, so they will only adjust the ring part. so will they cut it open and re-weld (is that the right word?) the ring part?

I think that's exactly what they do-cut a tiny bit out and then weld it together and then I assume they reshape the ring so it's round. As long as you go to a reputable jeweler and your ring is insured I wouldn't sweat it!
