RCDC adjusted depth and table.... HELP please

I am very confused and am hoping some of the experts can comment on my question. From all of the research I have done I have learned that ideally the table on a radiant should be smaller 1-5% more than the depth. Then I have read that it does not matter as long as they are relatively close to one and other. I have also read that larger tables are preferred because the have more brilliant white light, whereas others prefer smaller tables with more fire. Which is true, especially in the case of RCDC diamonds? As I was looking at the specs of these diamonds I noticed that almost all of them had a table higher than the adjusted depth. Why is this? I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Radiants can be unpredictable, there are no proven proportions which will result in a well cut stone of this shape unfortunately, nor can you evaluate them by a few numbers - any charts with suggested proportions should be used as a guide only and not as a rule! Radiants need to be seen to be judged, and it isn't that simple that the table should be a few % smaller than the depth - I wish it was! Generally a larger table can help a diamond display more white light, a smaller table can aid fire, but there are no hard and fast rules with these shapes. I know you have two radiants you are considering, use your eyes to tell you which is the best one for you, and check each diamond out thoroughly in as many different lighting conditions as you can. I wish there was standard info we could give you with what to look for, but unfortunately there really isn't. Look at the diamond as a whole rather than focusing on one particular area and do trust your eyes in this case to tell you which is the best diamond. Radiants are tricky, if you aren't loving either of the ones you have, then keep looking.
