Raw Diamond?

This was found in a hotspot for random Diamond's, Can anyone look at the photos and tell me if it is possibly real. I bought a thermal tester and it lights it right up to red and makes a beeping sound. Also where would i take it to get an appraisal? Much Appreciated

not a chance in the world its diamond in my opinion.

I don't really know much but we used to get a lot of quartz washed up on our beach and it looked a lot like that

You can’t rely on any “diamond testers” unless it’s a Presidium. They test thermal transmission, anything off eBay or from Amazon with “coloured lights” is unreliable.
Still, the tests a gemologist would use would include specific gravity, LW and SW, spectroscopy and hardness.
the chances of finding a raw diamond crystal that size are less than being hit my a meteorite. Seriously.
if by some miracle it was actually diamond, despite its size it’s opaque. Diamond crystals need to be transparent AND free of inclusions to be facetted into commercial gemstones.

Diamond rough comes in a lot of different shapes.
