Alright PS folks, I got this wild idea and want to try it out. I want each of you to pick 3 color grades , this week I took D, E, and F, and find a stone in each that just catches you fancy or thats your thing, and post it for folks here to check out and comment on. Me, I will stick to round brilliants likely and I will say most if not all will be sub 2.5carats.
Infact, someone might even get excited about one stone or the other and jump on it and buy it up.
I would like to suggest a few simple things to keep this thing on a semi even level or a standard of sorts.
Diamonds require a image online, the actual image of the stone being discussed
Diamond certificate is also available online thru the linked stone.
Posting of a HCA and any additional tool assisting in grading the stone and its criteria.
This is for the good of PS members, by PS members and not intended to be a challange or competition.... Atleast not at this time
I dont think I've violated any of the rules of PS, If i have please let me know and I will cease immediately.
With that said, here's my first go at it.
D

This .80 D VS2 catches me, it just has a nice look to it. It scores a 1.7 HCA with Ex, Ex, Ex, VG for its catagories PS price at 5220
E

This .75 E SI1 is another stone that just jumps out at me. It scores a 1.7 HCA with Ex, Ex, Ex, VG for its catagories PS price at 3640
F

This .50 F VS2 caught my attention its very pronounced mains. it has the maple leaf inscription on the stone and I have yet to be able to determine if this is truely a signature of a canadian diamond or not... help anyone???. It scores a 1.4 HCA with Ex, Ex, Ex, VG for its catagories PS price at $1830
This F I personally feel is a fantastic stone for someone on a lower budget as I was/am.
I suggest that anyone considering to buy any of these stones get a Idealscope, aset, and any additional information you can from the jeweler, be it the above and or a evaluation/video of the stone as the team at Goodoldgold does.
Thanks,
Ravin
