By "bad" do you mean eye visible or durability? Can''t tell either from the plot unfotunately. Ask the vendor, they should be able to tell you.

You can''t judge clarity or durability from the plotting diagram, you would need to check with the vendor. It is rare feathers are any kind of issue so you should be ok but do check with someone who can see the stone to be sure.
