Maybe Rappaport is giving us a great idea....uncertainty as a negotiating tool!
Next time a cutter brings over a stone I want to buy I'll make sure they don't know if I'll ever pay them- and that I may try to renegotiate a deal after it's been agreed to.
I'll bet that get me a lot of advantages.
Rappaport has some strange ideas.
Also interesting how he's specifically outlining Trump's ideas as if they are concrete- when Trump himself vacillates based on the hour. Or tweet.
