Dsvk, we''re sorry but Rapaport Report is copyrighted and we are not in a position to post it here. Besides we believe that Rapaport prices are not helpful for the general public. see e.g. Traps with Raps and Diamond Pricelist
If you are persistent some retailer or dealer will provide a number from the Rap Sheet to you although I totally agree with Leonid''s response to you. There is NO specific number or matrix referring to Asscher cuts made by Rapaport. The number most dealers will use is interpolated from one of the more common shapes, but there is nothing in Rap about Asscher cuts.
First thing is to get a very good mental image of what makes a real Asscher special. The way it looks is very different from an emerald cut. Some sellers try to sell every squarish emerald cut they own as "Asscher Cut" if that''s what you asked for. YOU need to get a handle on how these look.
After you are sure that''s what you want, then the only way to get one is to shop B&M stores,
e-tailers and Internet vendors. Maybe then you will get the kind of stone you want at a great value price.
I''d say a more productive method for you would be to post the stats of the stone you arte being offered, and the price.
Then you might get some responses which would be helpful.
As Dave said, there are square emerald cuts that look more like Asschers, and some that do not have that personality.
GIA does NOT use the name Asscher to desribe a diamond.
The branded Royal Asscher cut is normally described by GIA as "Octagonal Step Cut"
However, many diamonds described as "Square Emerald Cut" please folks seeking an Asscher.
It''s all in the corners.
