Random Question re: Rough, Cut, Ideal Rock Designations

Kind of a silly question, but does anyone know why some people have "Rough Rock" next to their name when they post while others have "Cut Rock" or "Ideal Rock", etc? Is it based off the number of posts you make to the BBs?

No, that's silly.

Once you've been here a bit, contributing, the administration may make you 'cut' or 'ideal.'

Not exactly, JQ.

Cut Rock assigned automatically (something like John described minus Moscow satellite, bears walking the Red Square are distracting poor signal) after some number of posts.

Ideal Rock is given to members with huge number of helpful posts (posted on right Forums). For example this particular thread does not belong to Rocky Talky at all.
