Radiant specs for comment

Hi everyone,

These are the specs on my engagement ring which I got a couple of years ago but before I knew about diamonds or pricescope etc. In fact I discovered pricescope after I got the ring (which I actually chose myself) while I was doing some research to see whether the stone stacks up. From what I can see on PS, the table and depth may be too high. I have never seen another radiant (in the real world that is!!!) so can't compare whether mine sparkles more or less than others - I think it's nice but who knows!!! Would be nice to get some honest feedback - even if it's not good! I would also be interested in your opinions on how much is reasonable to pay for this stone.

Well, if you bought your stone 2 years ago, likely you got it cheaper than you would today because diamond prices are rising. It looks like today''s prices for stones in that size range are around $3000 or so.

There is no ideal cutting standard for radiants, but most people like depths and tables in the low to mid sixties. There''s no way of knowing without seeing your stone whether it''s a nice stone or not. Numbers can be used as a guideline, but radiants have to be seen in person.
