Radiant cut grading and price help

Hi everyone,
I am in the process of buying the following diamond: GIA cert, radiant, 3.02 cts, F, SI2, 9.71x7.41 x 5.13, Depth is 69%, Table is 66%, no flour, Polish EX, Sym VG. I am paying $24,900 (and he will take $4500 for my trade in). Am I paying to much for this diamond? How do I know if this cut is good for a radiant? I have done a little research but find differnt gradings for radiants. How do I know this will sparkle with a great cut?

Ask for a 3D scan - it would likely be a Sarin .srn scan, which you can attach here and we can show you what it would look like through an ASET scope.
