Quick Whiteflash Question???

If you put a diamond on reserve and do not purchase the stone, is there a charge? Does anyone know the answer. I was not able to find any information on their site.

No there is no charge for putting a diamond on reserve with Whiteflash. They are all very nice to work with.

Thank you, I just read on a forum that someone would be charged $50.00 for calling a diamond in...I was not sure if they were one in of the same. Thanks for clarifying.

See the above link from their site, there is a restocking fee on settings except their basic one shown in the photo.

There is no charge for putting a diamond on hold, I do not know if they will only put it on hold for a certain amount of time or not though.

Thats for bringing in a diamond that is not one of their in-house dimaonds. If you don''t go ahead with it you basically pay to ship it back to the wholesaler.

I put a hold on two stones a few weeks back and there was no charge, but they did take my CC number. They would only hold the stones for 24 hrs.
