I thought it was a hat. In fact, it reminded me of some of the crazy felt art hats that a friend who is a felt artist makes. Here is a link to some photos that could give you some ideas for you logo. I particularly like this one with the hummingbirds.

That is so cool! Those hats would be perfect to wear to the party since hats are required!

Mini Thread-jack: Are you planning on using the chinese paper lanterns as decor?

Thanks Claritek, I originally had a vision of black and white demask with magenta, but I had trouble finding paper with the right colors. I was wandering aroung the craft store when I saw that paper and knew it was perfect. I particularly love the chartruese green and I''m finding it everywhere! Yes I''ll be hangning the lanterns around the party. I just love them and they are a lot cheaper than I thought they would be.

Maybe if you added the 10/6 card it would be more obvious that it''s the Mad Hatter''s Hat and not just a leprechaun or hat.

I first guessed a top hat. But then I remembered your past threads about the mad hatter cake and that kind of linked it up.

After reading the posts, I do agree about maybe a different color. I think the blue with a green band would look great. And I love the inspiration board for the party - it looks so fun!! Love the colors too. I think the cake will be a huge hit!!

I agree- blue with the lime band would look great! And if you want to emphasize its ''madness,'' maybe lime green polka dots all over it?

First thought was top hat then straight after I thought mad hatter. Def agree with Ebree and AG!
