Question to Mark Morrell Owners re: Presentation/Ring Box

I have a question for all of you that have purchased rings from Mark. My question is, when you received your completed ring from Mark, how was it presented (i.e. what type of container/box was the ring in?)

Mark tends to use those real nice high end teak presentation boxes

He sends along a pair of white gloves as well.
