Question on Price on PriceScope vs Rapaport

Hi I am new here.
I have gone through the tutorial and I got some question.

I went to a local dealer and he showed me the rapaport sheet. the follow is for 3 Ex, 0.7-0.8 range, price per carat in hundred.
VS1 VS2
D 58 53
E 54 50
F 51 47

I searched on PA, excellent cut with the parameters and here is what I got.

I was expecting to see some discount. But how come the price is even higher than rapaport?
Did I miss something?
Please help me out.

The prices look very close to the Rap prices to me. These are top quality hearts and arrows stones. They command a premium above just an excellent cut stone.

1. Does Rapaport has a grid for H&A?
2. How much discount off should I expect from the local dealer, for the 3 ex, non H&A?

sounds like an old version of RAP there were large price increases in DE colors very recently.

Also RAP is high wholesale so if the better stones are trading at RAP then the out the door price is going too be over RAP

BlueNile is higher per CT than GOG on several 3EX stones in that range.
That tells me that either rap isn't in line with the market on the best stones or you saw an old rap sheet.

The JA stone is an EX/EX/VG which explains the price difference there...

But really, what''s the realistic discount level for 3 ex I should expect?

What makes you think there is one?

Your own data shows that the best of them is selling over what you posted as rap and thats online with low markups.
EX is a wide rangle so some of the ones on the extremes might be a bit under. If offered one under rap run it thru the HCA here before buying:
