question on diamond and setting

Can i buy the diamond from one vendor and the tacori setting from another and then have it set.

if you can find someone to set it. If it were be, I''d buy the diamond and have the vendor you are buying the tacori from send the stone to tacori and have them set it. too many times designer settings get messed up when local jewelers try to set stones in them.
