In your experence how often is an I colored super-ideal h&a diamond rejected once the person recieves it because it is too yellow?
often: 1 in 5
sometimes: 1 in 20
ocasionaly: 1 in 100
almost never: 1 in 500
1 in a thousand.

Same for si1 for not being eyeclean under all viewing angles?

Which is more common am I returned for being too yellow or an si1 for not being eyeclean enough?

Thanks

I'm not a vendor, obviously but there was a recent thread about SI clarity and returns...I think it was a poll. Actually I may have created it (hey it's Friday morning, I'm a little slow!) The consensus I believe was that most eye-clean stones as confirmed by reputable vendors who had the stone in house did not get returned. Check it out in the 'search' and see if that answers your SI Q.

As for the first Q...you should start a poll

You didnt have the answer to the question.
Then why post?

I directed you to more information on the 2nd question, so it was a worthwhile contribution. Plus I bumped the thread to the top with my response.

No fair crying is against the rules of razzing
I cant be a grouch around a crying Lady.
So I guess ya win.

I searched and didnt find a poll/post that addressed it from a vendors viewpoint. Maybe I missed it.

Wouldnt see the rocks through the diamonds be a more fitting saying?

Maybe something more like 'Can't see the diamond through the inclusions'...hehehee

I saw a diamond like that the other day at a b&m.
Was in a 1.5ct tw 3 diamond ring for around $2500 or so but I didnt pay much attention to the price so could be off by a bit but it was cheap.
