Does anyone know anything about "ocean mined diamonds"? Is there any reason why they would carry a premium?

Well...the only thing I can think of is that they could mostly guarantee that it is conflict free because it isn't mined in a war torn country? But other than that...I personally have no idea. And that isn't a good reason IMO because almost all diamonds are conflict free these days anyway.
