Shopping Question for Diamondfan or other Florida experts

Have you been to the shops at Bal harbour? Is it worth the trip from Palm Beach? It appears to be about an hours drive. Is that right?

The shops are worth going to, I have never been but many friends who go regularly and love it there! Happy shopping!
